Vyral Terms of Use

1. Our Service

Vyral provides marketing, growth, social media automation, lead generation, analytics, and related tools for creators, businesses, and brands.

Features, usage limits, pricing, and availability may vary by plan, region, platform, or account. Vyral may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

Vyral does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, engagement, lead, sales, or revenue results.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vyral. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity conducted through your account.

You must use Vyral in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platforms you connect to Vyral.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Vyral may offer free plans, paid plans, free trials, promotional offers, and auto-renewable subscriptions.

The applicable plan, features, price, billing period, and trial period will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For auto-renewable subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed through the applicable platform.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings, as applicable. Deleting the Vyral app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refunds are subject to applicable law and the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit to Vyral. You grant Vyral permission to use that content as necessary to provide and operate the Service.

You must not use Vyral for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities, or to violate the rights or policies of third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Vyral may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including social media and commerce platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Vyral is not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspension, or unavailability of third-party services.

6. Service Availability and Liability

Vyral is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vyral if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform policies, or if necessary to protect the Service and its users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Vyral after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
